MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed electronically between Give Way Tekstil San. ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Company”), which operates the website www.giveway.com.tr (“Site”), and the internet user who becomes a member of the Site (“Member”), under the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement sets forth the conditions for the Member’s use of the services provided through www.giveway.com.tr and regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

The Member declares that all information provided during registration is true and belongs to them.
Each user may create only one membership account.
The Member is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.
All transactions made through the Site with the Member’s account credentials shall be deemed to have been performed by the Member.

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Membership enables the Member to:

Place orders
Track orders and shipments
Benefit from campaigns and discounts
View account history

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER

The Member agrees not to use the Site in violation of laws or moral standards.
The Member may not perform transactions using another person’s information.
The Member shall not harm third parties’ rights through any comments, reviews, or content shared on the Site.
The Member bears all legal and criminal liability for actions contrary to applicable laws.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY

The Company is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of the system and maintaining data security.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership when necessary.
The Company may unilaterally change the scope of services and membership conditions. The updated Agreement shall become effective once published on the Site.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering on the Site, the Member is deemed to have given explicit consent to the processing, storage, and sharing of their personal data by the Company in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), for the purpose of providing services.

The Member may exercise their rights under the KVKK at any time by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

8. TERMINATION

The Member may cancel their membership at any time. The Company also reserves the right to suspend or delete the membership without providing any justification. Upon termination, the Parties’ obligations accrued prior to termination shall remain in effect.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

In the event of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

10. ENFORCEMENT

By completing the membership form and electronically approving it, the Member is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in force for an indefinite period.
